Crispy Oven Baked Chicken(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 egg white
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 c. crushed corn flake crumbs, seasoned
    4 skinless chicken breast halves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine flour, egg white and skim milk to make a batter.
    Dip chicken breasts into batter, then coat with corn flake crumbs.
    Bake for 1 hour in uncovered baking dish coated with vegetable oil cooking spray.
    Makes 4 servings.
