Cheese Filled Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 or 8 slices Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Combine beef, 1 can tomato sauce, egg, bread crumbs, onion and seasonings.
Mix and divide mixture into half.
Lightly pack half into a loaf pan.
Arrange slices of cheese on mixture and cover with remaining meat.
Put rest of cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Pour other can of tomato sauce on top and bake another 30 minutes.
