Barb'S Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/4 lb. ground beef
    1/4 lb. sausage
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Brush pie shell with a small amount of egg.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Brown ground beef, sausage and onion in skillet.
    Drain well.
    Spoon into pie shell.
