Salad Of Gold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. boiling water
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 small can crushed pineapple, reserve 1/3 cup juice
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
    1 small can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. chopped carrots
Preparation
    Put ingredients one after the other in a blender.
    Blend after each ingredient.
    Chill in mold until set.
