Asparagus Salad(No Sugar) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium can green asparagus
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 can pimentos, chopped
2 pkg. plain gelatin
2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Mix gelatin according to directions.
Add vinegar and refrigerate until thickens.
Pour in other ingredients, except asparagus.
Fill salad mold with half of mixture.
Arrange asparagus on top.
Add remaining jello mixture.
Refrigerate to congeal.
