Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 can salmon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. onion juice
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3 egg whites, beaten well (add last)
Preparation
    Combine in order given.
    Bake in buttered glass baking dish at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serve with lemon slices.
    Serves 7 to 8.
