Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced chicken
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. water chestnuts
1/2 c. sliced almonds, diced
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish. Cover with Old English cheese and crushed potato chips.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until bubbling.
