Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cooked and boned (microwave 15 to 20 minutes)
1 pkg. taco flavored Doritos chips, crushed
green pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can hot Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer crushed taco chips, chicken pieces and green pepper.
Repeat layers.
Top with Doritos.
Mix soups together and spread on top.
Spread on the Cheddar cheese.
Spread drained Ro-Tel tomatoes on top.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
