Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine or butter
1 head cabbage, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. carrots, chopped
5 chicken bouillon cubes
3 potatoes, cubed
2 qt. water
1 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
-
Saute cabbage, onion, celery and carrots with 1 stick margarine or butter.
Add bouillon cubes, potatoes and water.
Cook slowly for 1 hour.
Cut up 2 pound Velveeta cheese and cook slowly for 30 minutes.
