Southern Fried Whitings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 filleted whitings
seasoned salt
pepper and Accent to taste
2 to 3 eggs
1 to 1 1/2 c. corn meal or bread crumbs
1/4 to 1 c. olive oil
Preparation

Clean fish and lay on paper towel.
Season with seasoned salt, pepper and Accent.
Beat eggs; dip seasoned fish in eggs.
Make sure entire fish is covered.
Then roll in corn meal or bread crumbs.
Heat olive oil to 350\u00b0 in large skillet.
Cook fish until golden brown; turn and cook other side of fish until golden brown. (Flounder can be used also.)
