Captain'S Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    24 oz. V-8 vegetable juice
    1 pkg. mixed, frozen vegetables
Preparation
    Cook onions in small amount of oil until wilted; add meat and cook until pink is gone.
    Add soups and V-8 juice.
    When mixture strikes a boil, add frozen vegetables.
    Let simmer until green beans are tender when sampled.
