Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. Softasilk (cake flour)
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla.
Add flour and nuts. Roll into balls and bake very slowly (250\u00b0 for 1 hour).
When cool, coat with powdered sugar.
