Sloppy Joes With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small red or green pepper, chopped
    1 c. Kraft barbecue sauce
    1 1/2 c. original Minute rice
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and pepper in skillet; drain fat. Stir in barbecue sauce.
    Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    (Ground beef, onion and green pepper can be microwaved.)
