Cindy'S Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. diced green pepper
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 c. whole tomatoes
4 c. cooked kidney beans
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Mexican-style chili powder
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 c. water
Preparation

Put in beef, onion, pepper and garlic and brown. Drain grease. Add remaining ingredients, except water. Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add water.
