Herb Blox - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    4 c. boiling water
    4 c. chopped celery
    1 green pepper, finely chopped
    2 c. fresh parsley, minced
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine gelatins and boiling water; stir until dissolved.
    Add herbs, vegetables and other seasonings. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and chill until firm.
    Cut into squares (makes 100 one-inch squares) to serve as \"finger food\" or can be cut in large squares to be used as a salad.
    When using fresh herbs, double the amount of oregano, basil, thyme and rosemary.
