Broccoli-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1/2 stick butter
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) mushrooms
    1 (6 oz.) garlic cheese
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 c. slivered almonds
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
    2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation
    Saute
    chopped
    onions
    in
    1/4 cup butter or margarine until tender. Combine onion, soup, mushrooms, cheese, parsley, salt
    and pepper
    to
    taste, almonds and broccoli.
    Mix well. Spoon into
    2 quart
    casserole.
    Combine stuffing mix and 1/4 cup
    butter
    or margarine.
    Spoon over broccoli mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
