Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. zucchini, peel and cut in pieces
1 large onion
salt and pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. Stove Top chicken dressing
1/2 c. oleo, melted
Preparation

Cook zucchini, onion and salt and pepper just until done; drain.
Mix together soup, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper to taste; add to zucchini.
Mix Stove Top chicken dressing and melted oleo.
Layer 1/2 of stuffing in a 9 x 13-inch pan, then zucchini mixture, then other layer of stuffing.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
