Oven Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 potatoes
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    pepper and salt to taste
    buttered bread crumbs or crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Dice and cook the potatoes. Drain and put into baking dish. Add salt and pepper. Cook margarine, flour and milk until thick. Pour sauce over the potatoes and cover with bread crumbs or potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot.
