7-Up Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. lemon
1/2 c. Crisco
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold 7-Up
Preparation

Cream butter, Crisco and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time; beat after each addition.
Add flour, vanilla and lemon and beat well.
Add 7-Up and mix well.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Spread with buttercream frosting after cooling.
