Hash Brown Potato Casserole(Serves 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. corn flakes, crushed
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup margarine, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese; mix well.
    Spoon into greased 2 1/2-quart casserole. Stir remaining margarine into crushed cereal.
    Sprinkle over potato mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Garnish with parsley and lemon twists.
