Pumpkin Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
Preparation

Grease a 10 x 15 x 1/2-inch pan.
Place waxed paper on pan; grease waxed paper.
Mix together all ingredients.
Pour into pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Turn on well powdered sugar towel immediately.
Roll like a jelly roll, in towel after removing waxed paper.
Cool for 1 hour in refrigerator.
Unroll and spread with filling.
Reroll and refrigerate.
Slice to serve.
Can top with Cool Whip.
