Cheese Mold With Strawberry Preserves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 c. chopped pecans, toasted
    1 c. or less mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) jar strawberry preserves
Preparation
    Combine everything, except preserves.
    Press into a shallow mold that has been lined with Saran Wrap.
    (If you don't line your mold with Saran Wrap, the mold and cheese will never part company.)
    Chill overnight.
    Turn cheese out of mold; spread with preserves.
    Serve with crackers.
