Apple Chicken Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. boned chicken
    2 to 3 Tbsp. oil
    1 golden Delicious apple, sliced
    1 medium green pepper, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Remove skin from chicken; cut into 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch strips. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in skillet.
    Saute chicken until cooked; remove from pan.
    Add oil to skillet, if necessary.
    Saute green pepper and onion until crisp-tender.
    Return chicken to vegetables.
    Add apple and heat thoroughly.
    Combine remaining ingredients; add to apple mixture and cook until sauce thickens. Makes 2 to 3 servings.
