Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Mix sugar and eggs.
Pour in oil and mix at medium speed until there is no visible trace of oil (at least 3 minutes).
Add flour, soda, salt and spice.
Mix until blended, then add pumpkin mix at low speed until well blended.
Pour into greased tube pan and bake in preheated 350\u00b0
oven for 1 hour.
Delicious with cream cheese icing.
