Holiday Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. smoked or chipped beef, diced fine
    2 lb. cream cheese
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. pickle relish
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    dash of white pepper
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream all ingredients together.
    Be sure they're mixed well. Form into balls and roll in chopped pecans.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
