Baked Barley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. barley, rinsed
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    3 c. chicken broth or 3 c. water and 3 cubes
    1/2 tsp. dill seed
Preparation
    Heat oil in a heavy skillet.
    Add barley.
    Stir until browned. Add onions, broth and dill.
    Bring to a boil and cover.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until barley is tender and liquid is absorbed (40 minutes). Fluff with a fork to serve.
