Mixed Vegetable Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole green beans
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. sherry
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    liquid red pepper sauce to taste
    2 c. shredded sharp American cheese
    1/4 c. round cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook frozen vegetables in small amount of water just until tender.
    Drain.
    Combine vegetables with water chestnuts and mushrooms.
    Combine soup, sherry, Worcestershire sauce, liquid red pepper sauce and cheese.
    Mix well.
    Toss this mixture with the vegetables.
    Bake, uncovered, in 2-quart casserole in a 350\u00b0 oven about 40 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Sprinkle with crumbs just before serving.
    Serves 10 to 12.
