Ellen Honnold'S Perfect Chocolate Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. cornstarch
    dash of salt
    4 c. milk
    3 sq. chocolate, melted, or 5 Tbsp. cocoa
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 baked pie shell
Preparation
    Cocoa Recipe:
    In a saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch, salt and cocoa.
    Gradually stir in milk and eggs; cook slowly until thick. Remove from heat.
    Stir in vanilla and butter.
