Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. (4 pkg.) chive cream cheese
1 cube butter
1 can shrimp (regular size), drained, washed and shredded
1 small can chopped olives, drained
2 green onions, chopped
nut meats, chopped
Preparation

Let all ingredients, except nuts, stand in bowl to soften. Mix and form ball or log shape (best to let mixture set in fridge first to get firm).
Roll ball in nuts and garnish with parsley, if desired.
Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight.
Serve with crackers.
