Bean And Cabbage Salad(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded cabbage
    2 cans black or kidney beans, drained
    2 Tbsp. sweet vinegar (I use rice vinegar)
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sweet onion, diced
    1/2 c. zucchini, chopped
    1/4 c. sweet pickles, chopped
    1 to 2 packets Equal
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise (low-fat)
    2 Tbsp. Cool Whip (more if needed)
    a couple dashes of garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight or several hours.
    Excellent as main dish served with fruit and rolls.
