Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. creamed corn
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Spray pan with cooking spray and bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
