Italian Pepperoni Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. flour
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. finely chopped pepperoni
    3/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley, cut fine
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Grease 2 baking sheets.
    In large sauce pan combine water and shortening, bringing to a boil. Add all of the flour and stir vigorously. Cook and stir until mix forms a ball.
    Remove form heat.
    Cool 10 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well with a wooden spoon after each addition. Stir in all the rest of the ingredients.
    Drop dough by rounded teaspoon, 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
    Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes about 48.
