Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes (large chunks).
    Shake cubes of potatoes in a bag with Parmesan cheese, flour, salt and pepper. Melt 1/2 stick margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add mixture.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
    Turn once after half an hour.
