Apricot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. apricots (fresh or canned)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
    pinch of salt and cinnamon
    1 egg, beaten
    5 or 6 pats of butter
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix together the apricots and lemon juice. Lightly mix in all remaining ingredients and let stand 15 minutes. Use your favorite pastry or prepared pie shell or following recipe.
    Bake for 45 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
