Pineapple Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

1 c. All-Bran cereal
1/2 c. milk
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking power
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 c. dark brown sugar, firmly packed
Preparation

Combine All-Bran, milk, pineapple and raisins.
Add shortening and egg.
Mix well.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, soda and brown sugar.
Add to first mixture and mix until dampened.
Divide dough evenly between 12 paper lined muffin cups.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 24 to 30 minutes.
