Apricot Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) apricot Jell-O
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Add boiling water to gelatin and stir until completely dissolved, then pour in blender. Add cream cheese. Blend. Pour into bowl. Add pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish. Chill until firm.
