Choco-Holic'S Favorite Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. popped corn
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 c. water
    3 oz. (3 sq.) unsweetened baking chocolate
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Heat sugar, syrup and water over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves.
    Simmer gently to soft ball stage (242\u00b0).
    Remove from heat.
    Meanwhile, melt chocolate and add with butter to the syrup; mix well.
    Pour over lightly salted, popped corn, stirring to coat all kernels.
    Spread out on greased pan to cool and separate kernels.
