Zucchini And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 can crushed tomatoes
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    6 zucchini, halved lengthwise and then crosswise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add garlic. Cook until golden.
    Stir in crushed tomatoes and parsley.
    Add zucchini; season with salt and pepper.
    Cover; reduce heat and cook 20 to 30 minutes or until al dente.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
