Turkey Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 c. cooked diced turkey or chicken
    2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. sliced green olives
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Fold together ingredients.
    Cover top with 1 cup crushed potato chips and 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, uncovered.
