Beef Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. London broil
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    4 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Partially freeze beef, thinly sliced.
    Mix all ingredients. Marinate sliced beef for at least 15 minutes.
    Thread beef accordian style on bamboo skewers.
    Grill approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
    Baste with marinade.
