Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. self-rising flour
1 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream together shortening, sugar and eggs.
Add flour alternately with bananas.
Stir in nuts and mix until well blended.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
