Poppy'S Favorite Jewish Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box butter cake mix
8 oz. sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. wesson oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix cake mix, sour cream, eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in pecans.
In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
Pour half of cake mixture into greased pan.
Sprinkle the cinnamon and brown sugar on top.
Pour the remaining cake batter in pan.
Cook on 350 degrees for 1 hour.
