Five Hour Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat, browned
    5 medium potatoes
    2 c. carrots, cut up
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced celery
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
