Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large tubes Pillsbury crescent rolls
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 envelope Ranch dressing seasoning mix
    cauliflower, broccoli, scallions, shredded Cheddar cheese (any other vegetables you wish to add)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Unroll the crescent rolls and layer them on the bottom of an 11 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
    Pinch all the seams together to make a crust.
    Bake for as long as the crescent package indicates.
    Cool crust completely before assembling.
