Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    4 to 5 peeled, sliced peaches
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Prepare crust and lattice top.
    Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.
    Add water and peaches.
    Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Cool; add lemon juice.
    Put in pastry shell.
    Add lattice top. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
