Holly Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. plain flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. fried chicken seasoning mix
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into wedges.
    Mix rest of ingredients in bag. Shake in bag.
    Lay potato wedges on cookie sheet.
    Melt butter and pour over.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
