Cream Puffs(Very Good And Easy) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. boiling water
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. flour
4 eggs
Preparation

Melt butter in boiling water.
Add the flour and salt, stirring vigorously.
Cook, continuing to stir, until the mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate when handled.
Remove mixture from heat and cool slightly.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
Beat until mixture is smooth and free from all lumps.
Drop from tablespoon onto greased baking sheet, 2-inches apart.
Bake in hot oven (450\u00b0) for 15 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Remove puffs from baking sheet, cool and fill with pudding.
Cut hole in side or top.
Can top with chocolate.
