Pineapple No Bake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. 4 oz. can Dole blue label pineapple chunks, drained (reserve 1/2 c. syrup)
    1 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding mix
    1 c. whipped cream
    1 (8-inch) graham cracker pie shell
    1 c. cooled apricot preserves
Preparation
    Drain pineapple chunks, reserving 1/2 cup syrup.
    Combine pudding mix with whipped cream.
    Beat until thick.
    Beat in pineapple syrup and pour into graham cracker pie shell.
    Spoon the chunk pineapple over pudding.
    Glaze with cooled apricot preserves.
    Chill.
