Sunshine Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium size carrots, sliced 1-inch thick
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in small saucepan.
Add juice and cook, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly.
Boil 1 minute; stir in butter.
Pour over hot carrots and coat evenly.
Garnish with parsley.
Makes 4 servings.
