Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    8 oz. sausage, cooked and drained
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. Swiss cheese
    1 c. sharp cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    3/4 tsp. salt
    4 hard-cooked eggs
Preparation
    Bake pie shell for 7 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Line bottom of shell with hard-cooked eggs, sausage and cheeses.
    Combine beaten eggs,
    milk,
    salt and pepper and pour over all.
    Cook for 35 minutes
    or until set at 350\u00b0.
    Let set for 10 minutes before cutting.
